About Us

A township built the way we'd want to move into it ourselves.

RCL City is developed at Darogakhera, Sarojini Nagar — a plotted colony where the roads, walls and green cover are put in place before the plots are sold, not promised for later.

Our Approach

Infrastructure first, brochures second

Most buyers judge a plotted colony from a rendered layout. We'd rather you judge it from the ground: roads cut and graded to width, plot boundaries laid out in brick, and precast walls going up around the perimeter, all visible on site before a single plot changes hands.

RCL City sits close to Kanpur Road and the Outer Ring Road, keeping the daily commute short while the plot itself stays away from the noise of the main road.

What We Hold To

Four things we don't compromise on

Transparent titles

Every plot is numbered and mapped on the sanctioned layout — no ambiguity about what you're buying.

A secured perimeter

Precast concrete boundary walls define the colony from the outset, on all sides of the layout.

Roads before homes

22'–30' wide internal roads are built into the layout, so access is settled before you build.

A growing green cover

Tree plantation drives run alongside construction, planned into the colony rather than added later.

On the Ground

A tree for every stretch of road

Alongside the civil work, our team runs regular plantation drives across the site — native saplings planted along the boundary and internal roads so the colony has shade cover growing in step with construction, not added as an afterthought once homes are built.

We'd rather show you the roads and walls in person than describe them.
